We have vacancies for footballers including a regular goalkeeper for next season (2010-11), due to a number of changes in the squad, please contact Steve for further information. The under 11's is a mixed ability squad, now in its first season in 11-a-side football. Whilst we aim (and like) to win games, it is not the be-all and end-all for the squad, coaches or parents. The players look forward to pulling on that orange shirt again on Sunday's. We will spend this season building on our strengths gained over previous seasons and adapting to larger pitches, offsides and 11 players per side. We aim to have an enjoyable season! As coaches, our goal is to ensure that the squad ends the season more skilful than they were at the outset and that they enjoy themselves on route to the end of the season. We train on Thursday evenings and play competitive matches in Division 2 (3 divisions) of the Royston Crow (under 11's) League on Sundays.
